FYR, the esteemed restaurant known for its unique dining experience where 90% of the menu is cooked on a live-fire grill, is thrilled to announce the launch of the Visiting Chef Series, a five-part culinary extravaganza that will take guests on a remarkable journey through global flavors. From July through November, FYR’s own Chef Sebastian La Rocca will collaborate with a renowned chef from around the world each month to curate an extraordinary dining experience like no other.
